Pricing and Deposit Policy At Hair Affair we are dedicated to providing you with the finest haircare services tailored to your unique needs. Our pricing structure starts from the base rate listed below; however, it is important to note that the final cost can vary depending on individual factors such as hair density, length, thickness, and overall hair condition. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional results that reflect your specific requirements. Please be aware that the final price is subject to adjustment based on the consultation and evaluation of your hair's characteristics. Deposit Terms and Conditions: To secure your appointment and to ensure we can allocate the necessary time and resources for your service, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of £20. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service upon completion. Please note the following terms and conditions regarding the deposit: Non-Refundable: The £20 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Deductible from Total Cost: The deposit will be deducted from the final total of your service on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for choosing Hair Affair.
